Costume parties are always a must for me and Jackson at Halloween! I enjoyed seeing how many creative ideas other couples came up with for costumes, and I can wait to plan for next year. One of my favorites I could not even put on this blog since it was a bit risque, but everyone that was there knows what it was!
Church Fall Fest-Saturday
Sat morning we took the kids to our church fall fest until nap time, and did lots of activities with friends that definitely wore the kids out! Lucy even enjoyed riding on her first pony, even if it was a mini pony, she was still all smiles.
Trick of Treating-Saturday night and Sunday night
We double dipped this year, and did our neighborhood party on Saturday night with trick or treating near our house, and then on Sunday we did trick or treating in my parents neighborhood. The kids got double the candy, which we really don't need. It was our first for the cul-de-sac party near our house and I saw so many families from growing up here, and enjoyed seeing so many preschool families that we didn't know lived near us! I am relieved now that we will have no trouble finding carpools when we get to elementary school!
