I am still sad--Lucy turned one this week! We plan to not have any more kids, so this transition has been hard for the both of us. No more bottles, formula, no more 1st smash cakes or watching a baby take their first steps. Jackson feels the same way but he quickly snaps out of it and says he is glad no more bottles and formula! sniff sniff.
All of our family and friends enjoyed Lucy's circus party! Lucy just had to finish her cake, and wanted more! We thought for sure she would get sick due to the amount of sugar she gobbled, but she didn't. She had a great night at the party and opening her gifts too. Thank you to everyone for making her 1st special day so special!
