We love School!

McKinley is learning so much in her class!  Her newest accomplishments are learning all her letters and spelling her name, spelling new words, drawing houses with scenery, rainbows with color order (roy g biv), writing other friends and family names, using stencils to create flowers, tractors, and many other objects.  She loves all the letters and really into spelling.  The other day she looked up and said, "S O N Y" that spells tv right?  I thought it was pretty cute.

Lucy is learning more words in her vocabulary.  She said hippo for a toy at school, and says oh oh, mine (alot), mama, bebo (bellybutton), thank you, up, more, and will repeat many words we say.  She is getting so big, out growing her shoes fast, and getting more curls!  Her nickname at school has always been baby lucy, and now I think the baby part is being dropped more in conversation :-(  We had her teacher conference this week,  She is loving music and art, eats lots and never picky, doesn't show too much aggression or fight with her friends, and is very loving.  She is independent and has a best friend named Isabelle.  Her fav dance in class is the chicken dance so I have to see this!

This fall will be packed with an open house, trike a thon, art and photo sale, book sales, and such.  We are really enjoying preschool!
