We had our open house this week to cater for "let there be mom" organization, and ordered Moes for the entire school.  All the parents, and family came to see the little kiddos and to explore the school.  The parents duty for the event was to make desserts.  We chose cupcakes, which we have not made in a very long time.  We used a neat 24 cupcake pan, from Ballentine Equip, so we could make only 1 batch and get 24 desserts.  We did half chocolate and half orange vanilla and used my handy dandy pampered chef decorating tool for the icing to be fancy.  McKinley had fun sneaking her finger in the mix, and double dipping the icing and then told her teachers all about it.
