Lucy's room, getting closer!

We painted this weekend and have Lucy's room pretty much done. I think it turned out really cute and Sherry did such a great job. If you ever need anything made of fabric, she is your girl! She made me a diaper basket for the changing table, lots of pillows, a bed skirt, curtains, and also a bow holder. She is also making me a lamp shade with coordinating fabric too. I have some fabric left so as I think of things to make I will have it on hand. We also registered for a few things this weekend that we will need later on so that was fun to do again. This time we had a 2 year old with us so we quickly "shot our gun" at a few items and she helped, then we read books in the book section. I feel like we completed so much in the past week. It is amazing how many projects you can get done with a free weekend! We started on the garage and Jackson built shelving and next is the painting for the floor to give it a new look. I tried to make Lucy's room different from McKinley's so we went with blues and hot pinks. Hope you like!
