I just renewed our Sunday paper, finally, so that means I have coupons again to use at CVS! They had great deals this week! My bill rang up to $120, and I used 6 coupons for CVS (from my email back in April) that were $4 off $20. I used lots of coupons from the Sunday paper and also from my fav website for savings www.moneysavingmom.com then some of my old extra care bucks, and by total was then $49. I got back $39 in ECB on my receipt so I see it as spending $10 OOP for all these great products. I am still on the search for some Jan. free deals but they seem to be out everywhere.
I have a trip planned tomorrow for Rite Aid because I learned how to do the rebate thing there too. Last week I got 2 jumbo packs of Huggies and 2 boxes of wipes for $5. You have to go online to Rite Aid and enter your info from your receipt and you get a rebate check in the mail. Last week was a great baby deal and it was easy to enter my info on the web for my rebate. If you want to start, clip your coupons, and also go to the money saving mom website listed above and that is where I printed my Rite Aid coupon for $5 off $25 good through March. One of her posts explained the deal and had the link to the coupon I used. My trip tomorrow will be for free make up and deodorant and shave gel :-) I like CVS deals better but there are always a few in the Rite Aid flyer as well. One day I will venture to Walgreens but it is already time consuming to plan trips to the other 2!
Happy shopping! If you want to start the savings now, just click on CVS 101 for an overview on her savings website.
