- Egg beaters (2 points)-they taste just like eggs and you can pair them with sandwich thins (3 points) or instant grits (3 points)-very filling.
- Protein or Fiber bars, only 3 or 4 points and easy for the morning on the go. I get bilo brand on those too sometimes.
- Starbucks skinny white chocolate mochas-5 points and worth it for a splurge.
- All the fruit you want, so I get lots! I will eat a small banana anytime I need a snack, or an apple with 1 TB peanut butter for 3 points.
- All the veggies you want, so I get lots and cut them up and put on a pan for roasting, always a good filler.
- Fudge healthy choice ice cream bars (costco too) and weight watcher latte bars-all 2 points and I eat them every night for dessert.
- Lots of lean cuisine and healthy choice meals, all 5 points to 9 points. My fav are the ones in bags that you steam!
- WW yogurt-2 points, fiber one yogurt-1 point.
- Sandwich thins, shaved deli meat, 2% cheese, olive oil mayo, mustard for sandwiches, baked chips-my fav is reduced fat BBQ by Cape Cod.
- Find a diet soda you like, my fav is coke zero, diet dr pepper, and fresca! If I want a beer, I get ultra for 3 points. Water is best, and lots of it, but I need variety.
- String cheese for snacks, mozz slim-1 or 2 points
- Skim milk, I suggest skim plus. It tastes good and 2 points per serving, use with special K and blueberries for cereal. Measure this out, if you have a bigger bowl you will end up eating 2 servings!
- If I want a margarita, I make them with sprite zero, crystal light lemonade, tequila, and key west lime juice, way less sugar! I think these are 4 points each.
- Buy a camelback water bottle at target, I love mine and use it often, refill 3 times daily.
- Weight control oatmeal cinnamon, love it, 4 points!
- Sweet or regular potatoes cut and baked in the oven like fries, 4 points, watch your serving size!
- Wheat pasta, check out jar labels for healthier sauce. Ragu is pretty good if you are going for convenience.
- Always opt for grilled chicken, it is only 3 points for a small breast.
- Salsa is pretty much free, pair with WW quesadillas or wraps. I love homemade guacamole too!
- Flat Out bread makes great pizzas with low fat shredded cheese (bread 2 points)
- 2 soft tacos-8 points, even taco bell fresco menu.
- My fav salad is at mcdonalds-southwest grilled chicken salad 8 points and arbys farmhouse salad 6 points. Southwest dressing is 3 points too.
- Turkey burgers and garden burgers are great! I order these as alternatives.
- Cheese pizza from papa johns is 7 points, I have 2 pieces for a fun night!
