weigh in-week 6

Weigh in went well on Friday, I am now at my first goal of 5% with no gain so far in 5 weeks! It has been gradual, but a steady progress so I am happy!  The weight watcher plan works, and I am liking the results!  Wish me luck for the next weigh in, and for my new 10% goal of weight loss! 

A few of my favs so far:  chicken & pineapple & red pepper/onion kabobs 5pts, WW giant latte bars 2pts, homemade woopie pies 2 pts, 6 oun outback special sirlon 6 pts, non fat chobani greek yogurt 3 pts, sandwich thins 3 pts, flat out bread 2 pts,  light progresso soups most 2 pts for can, and FRUIT GALORE!

Our leader, Sherri, is an inspiration.  She has lost over 200 pounds and looks great.  She has lots of ideas and secrets to her success.  I saw her before pictures and what a transformation!  I love her as a meeting leader!  She even has a spread in People magazine!  Call me and join me on Fridays at lunch if interested!
