Valentine Supper Club!

Jackson and I are in a supper club that was started about 10 years ago with friends from college.  Each of the 7 couples hosts the dinner party once a year and this past Saturday was our night.  We take turns and get to visit at one of our houses each month, and I look forward to the night every month!  All couples attended and we served a herb encrusted pork loin with a mustard sauce and also an apricot sauce and our guests brought the sides-greek potatoes, broccoli and cheese, bread, appetizers, salad, and a cookie dessert. I will have to post the recipe because it is super easy and very inexpensive for a dinner party!  The meal was delish and the company even better!
