I looked over my phone pictures last night and realized that I have some that I never shared. I learned how to add my email as a contact and text the pics to myself. I know, a little behind the times! Enjoy!
Here is my brave little girl getting her first cavities filled! She had 3 "spots" as they say, over the holidays, and we took her to get the spots painted and cleaned. It concerned me that she had cavities at such a young age when we brush teeth alot at school and at home, and Dr. April assured us that some kids just have softer enamel than others, and McKinley has grooves like adult teeth to catch the cavity germs. Now, $400 later, we are careful to brush and floss and watch the candies, just in case! She did a great job with the laughing gas, and was pleasant and quiet the entire visit! Here is Lucy trying to eat her ice cream from a push pop. Have you seen those? We got them for Christmas and they look like the old orange push pops but empty, and you stuff them with ice cream for the kids to slowly push up the treat. As you can see it is harder for toddlers. :-)
Here is a pic from the trike-a-thon at school. Lucy rode her bike all around the gym to raise money for St Judes.
