McKinley news

This pictures shows you McKinley's favorite thing to do--bat her eyelashes on her taggie blanket. She does this everyday before nap and bedtime and it is the funniest thing! I know she is ready for sleep when she starts doing it. The past month we have had new words, actions, and games that we play so here is a short list:
1-Her new word of the week is NO and she she says it when we take anything away from her that she wants to keep--she says "No No No" in the sweetest voice and also using "mommy" more now when she is whining or wanting attention.
2- Her new favorite game is "riding cowboy" when she sits on your stomach and holds your hands, and broncos like she is riding a bull! She loves it and can't get enough!
3-She tried shrimp for the first time this week and gobbled it up, guess no shellfish allergies.
4-She points to her nose, eyes, ears, mouth, belly button, and diaper. She can tell us now when she wants a new diaper change so that is nice!
5-She slept for 3 hours while we outlet shopped--such a blessing! We can really get alot of shopping done that way!
6-DORA is the new in thing, we watch her shows, play with her dolls, and say her name whenever we see her like on t.v., sippy cups, toys, and gummy treats!
7-She likes to brush her own hair now with a big girl brush, but I still do it too so the bow sits right.
8-She prefers to feed herself now, so much for clean floors!
9-She emphasizes the new boo boos and really gets the most out of them. She has a new one on her toe and she points at it and wants it to be kissed constantly.
10-Her 2 most used and clearest words are still "Dinky" and "Shoes." Jackson is a little jealous now that she is saying mommy more than da da too!
