We all went to Charlie's 2nd birthday party on Sunday at the pool and enjoyed the water on the hot summer day. This octopus cake was all cupcakes to share--what a great idea! Jamie and Scoot worked so hard to plan the party and we had a blast! I wonder who this little finger belongs to...

It was great to see all the babies out and about with their moms! These 0-3 mon bathing suits are soooo cute!

Above is Avery, Jenna's oldest, and she loves to smile for the camera! I loved these little hello kitty floaties-McKinley might still be a little too small for them :-)
McKinley wanted her daddy to play in the water the whole time! Her favorite thing to do was dive in and stay under the water--she is fearless! It worried me to death so every time she went under I yelled at Jackson to pull her up! I guess she is holding her breath now? She is a little fish!
They all LOVED the baby pool! It was the perfect size and I enjoyed putting my feet in and chatting with the other moms!
This is Olivia, Charlie's sister, and he calls her "Abita."
McKinley has a ball with these pool toys. We got to take one home as a favor.

This is Sara Gordon aka Sadie, Meredith's oldest. For some reason all the kids wanted to drink the baby pool water--yuk!
I hate that Jamie didn't make the picture too, but here we are--I think I am the whitest of the bunch! I really enjoyed being at the pool later in the day (it is around 6:00 in the pic) b/c the weather was so nice and it was so relaxing! Jenna next to me is prego and should find out soon what she is having--I can't wait. This will be her 3rd--I think most of my friends have at least 2 now, some with 3! I think we need to get on the bandwagon!!!
