Friday night Jackson made dinner for our family in town, Poppy & Bonnie, Mom & Dad, Grandma & Aunt Pam, and it turned out so good and is my #1 meal to eat at home now. We took a picture because Jackson "slaved" over this meal all day at home, but it was worth it! We enjoyed beef tenderloin with marsala mushroom sauce, sauteed asparagus, party potato casserole, rolls, and brownie pie. I felt like I was at a fancy restaurant and I can't take any credit for it, other than putting the cheese on top of the potatoes and putting them in the oven. If you would like all these recipes, I can email them to you. I love that Jackson can cook and getting better at it all the time! One day I will get my "top chef" groove back.
