lovely little ladybug-sent from heaven above-please watch over my garden-and fill it up with love.
Our mother's day weekend has been full of surprises! On Sat. Jackson took me to a surprise dinner downtown to a place we had never been before-Rio Grill. First we stopped at Liberty for a drink and enjoyed the busy atmosphere before the ball game. Rio Grill is a brazillian steakhouse and was very interesting and very similar to the one we went to in Chicago. Servers come to your table when your coaster is on green and offer different meats brazillian style.
On Sunday, Jackson made strawberry pancakes for breakfast, my favorite, and I was given 2 bracelets from Handpicked that McKinley picked out for me that were very cute and trendy. We then went to church with moms in the family, and ate lunch afterwards at High Cotton. They have a wonderful Sunday brunch with southern food and complimentary mimosas for the moms!

Happy Mother's Day to all the moms! I made a recipe scrapbook for my mom and gave her PJs and book for the beach and we gave Becky a book as well and a giftcard to get a family portrait. McKinley gave her grandmas a framed metallic handprint with a black and white photo (one from the park) and a sweet poem.
